By using the M-Propcare Real Estate Services portals (Dehradun and Muzaffarnagar), you agree to the following terms.

Our Role

M-Propcare operates as a property listing and matchmaking platform. We verify listings to the best of our ability but do not guarantee the accuracy of every detail submitted by owners, brokers, or buyers. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own due diligence, including legal and document verification, before completing any transaction.

Listings

• Property listings must be submitted honestly and accurately by the rightful owner or an authorized broker.
• M-Propcare reserves the right to verify, edit, reject, or remove any listing that appears inaccurate, duplicate, or fraudulent.
• Network Broker Partners are independently verified through our KYC process but remain independent professionals, not M-Propcare employees.

Buyer Requirements

Posting a buyer requirement is free and does not guarantee a match. M-Propcare will make reasonable efforts to connect matching listings but does not guarantee availability or outcome.

No Guarantee of Transaction

M-Propcare facilitates connections between buyers, sellers, and brokers. We are not a party to any sale, purchase, or lease agreement and are not responsible for the outcome of any transaction between users.

Limitation of Liability

M-Propcare is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on listing information, communications between users, or transactions conducted outside our direct involvement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our portals after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
