This privacy policy explains how the M-Propcare Video Upload tool handles data when uploading property video tours to YouTube.
What data is accessed
This tool uses the YouTube Data API to upload video files submitted through our property listing forms on mpropcare.com. It requests only the youtube.upload permission, which allows it to upload videos to our own YouTube channel on our behalf. It does not read, modify, or delete any other content on YouTube, and does not access any other Google account data.
How the data is used
Videos uploaded through this tool are property tour videos submitted voluntarily by sellers, brokers, or M-Propcare staff as part of listing a property for sale or lease. Uploaded videos are set to "unlisted" on YouTube and are used solely to be embedded on the corresponding property listing page on mpropcare.com.
Data retention
Videos remain on YouTube for as long as the associated property listing is active, or until removed by M-Propcare at the seller's request.
Data sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer uploaded video data to any third party other than YouTube/Google, which hosts the video as part of providing the upload service.
